About the Form
A merkabah is sacred geometric form that represents several ideas, the most central being the Incomprehensible Harmony of Paradoxical Duality. When used in meditation, the merkabah becomes a form of ascension technology, a metaphysical vehicle that allows a person to ascend or descend into the higher or lower worlds. When used as a DJ stage, it transforms the the DJ into the role of a mystic, capable shaping reality and elevating the energy of a dance party to levels typically found only in ecstatic rituals.

How does it work?
1. Form- the sacred geometry establishes the physical dimensions that leverage the elasticity of the Mystery of Creation, firmly establishing an anchor in the physics of space/time that channel the subtle flow of Unification energy. Simply put, it works because it’s a giant piece of sacred geometry.

2. Intent- unlike most stages, the Merkabah demands that the DJ first connect with his intention of Service before ever entering its inner space. This helps to clear the DJ’s mind of egoic attachments, such as performance anxiety, one-up-manship, and rockstar illusions, thus enabling a clearer channel for Spirit to work thru.

3. Motion- the Merkabah is built to slowly spin in order to disassociate the DJ from the crowd just enough to remain in touch with the Gift of Inspiration. It isolates the DJ from outsiders, enabling him to connect more fully with his inner sandbox of sound, detached from performance anxiety, and thus allowing for a clearer channel for Spirit to work thru. As the DJ opens to new levels, so does the music. As the music ascends to higher dimensions, so does the party.

4. Feedback- as the party spirals ever higher and higher, the emotional energy is shaped by the sacred geometry of the Merkabah and channeled like a vortex toward the Merkabah. This creates a sacred field of devotional energy around the Merkabah exactly like an altar does in a temple. The DJ is located in the center of that altar, that vortex of ecstatic devotion, and consequently the music he creates reflects the ascension of his awareness.

In essence, the Merkabah harnesses the subtle energy fields, those that are difficult to capture any other way than with purely authentic and courageous presence and participation. Yet it is this subtle field that distinguishes a good dance party from an epic one.
